Please review the following terms and conditions carefully Hoa Ta reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at its discretion, without prior notice. Revised terms and conditions are available on the website. It is your obligation to routinely review any such changes.
Orders may be placed by the website, telephone, letter, in person, by email or social medias belong to Hoa Ta. We are not obliged to accept an order and we may refuse an order without giving a reason.
Turn around time (TAT):
- Print only: Depending on stock availability, the TAT is 5 days after receiving the order (Excluding weekends and public holidays). If there should be any change of the TAT, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Print Frame: Depending on stock availability, a frame can be done within 7 days to 4 weeks since receiving the payment/deposit from clients. If there should be any change of the TAT, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Printing size definition:
For example, when we say printing size is 20x30cm, which means the printing is within 20x30cm. Depending on the actual image, Hoa Ta will adjust the image to fit the image size. The actual print is bigger than the printing size with a small white margin by default. This applies to all cases when we talk about printing size.
Delivery
All goods are sold subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any monies already paid by you for such goods. Delivery time indication for the goods will be a good faith estimate only and not guaranteed, we will however use all reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods in the estimated time scales stated. Upon receipt of the goods you must inspect the order and notify us within 2 working days from the receipt of the delivery, if the goods are damaged, faulty, shortfall or do not conform to the invoice. Goods may be delivered by instalments. Our late delivery of or failure to deliver any instalment will not entitle you to reject any other instalments or to terminate the contract.
Price
Verbal Quotes over the telephone or in person are estimates only and can only be confirmed upon visual inspection of the actual work to be completed. We often send estimates and invoices via email. We reserve the right to ask for payment of the price in full before dispatch of the goods. All prices are VAT inclusive. Packing and shipping fees are not included. In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to withdraw the goods from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, should this be the case you will be notified as soon as possible. In this case you or Hoa Ta have the right to cancel the order, if the order has been paid for then a refund will be given in full.
Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, Paypal (Surcharge applied), credit or debit card. We remain the owners of the goods you purchase until you have paid for them in full. We can retrieve and resell the goods if they are not paid for.
Risk in the goods will pass to you when we or our nominated carrier delivers the goods to the address notified to us for the delivery of the goods.
Return of goods
Within 2 days of receiving the goods. Please notify us as soon as possible of goods supplied which are faulty or damaged by phone, email or in writing. You will need to return the goods to us, once we receive the goods if we find them to be faulty or damaged we will take steps to replace the goods as soon as possible. If goods have been made to your customised requirements a refund or exchange can not be given unless the goods are faulty, this does not affect your statutory rights.
General
The descriptions and illustrations of the goods set out on the website and in our literature present a general idea of the goods. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or any portion of the website or our literature at any time, without notice. Please note some wooden frames can take 3 to 4 weeks to produce, so please allow plenty of time when ordering your frame. Waiting times are based upon working days and do not include weekends or holiday periods.
